I'm Adrien — French, moved to Italy four years ago. I brought my Garmin and my obsession with running with me.

I've been running for years — marathons, trail races, triathlons. I'm obsessed with data: I track everything, I read training science papers at 11pm.

But I kept hitting the same wall: my watch collected all this data, and I had no idea what to do with it. Coaching apps would hand me a plan and say “trust us.” Human coaches cost €200/month. AI apps were black boxes.

But what I was really missing was simpler: I love helping people understand their training. When a friend asks why their pace dropped, or why they feel wrecked after a “good” week — I know the answer. I wanted to give that explanation to every runner and triathlete, not just the ones I know personally.

That coach didn't exist. So I built Lucivo.
